HOW TO GET THERE?
Gyé-sur-Seine is only 220 km east of Paris, between Troyes and Châtillon sur Seine, in the beautiful region of the Aube. The train station of Vendeuvre-sur-Barse, 20 minutes from Gyé, is 1 hour and 45 minutes by train from Paris. You can arrange transportation to Gyé from Vendeuvre with a local cab/ VTC company.
The VTC Sérénité taxi service is available and can be reached at +33 6 29 47 64 41. Here are the rates provided, to be confirmed at the time of booking: a round trip from Vendeuvre-sur-Barse to Le Garde Champêtre costs €60, and from Troyes €100. The vehicle can accommodate up to 8 passengers at no extra charge. A 30% surcharge applies on public holidays and Sundays, and a 20% surcharge applies between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. We recommend you book as soon as possible.
